- Our return policy is pretty simple. We accept all returns for whatsoever reasons. If you ordered by mistake or if you don’t like the product, no worries.
- We will accept all your returns. and remember, returns are FREE too.
- Refund for return requests received within 30 days from the date of delivery will be processed back through the mode of payment.
- Refund for return requests received after 30 days from the date of delivery will be credited to Virtual Wallet of your account, which can be used for future purchases.
- No money payment will be refunded for the purchases made with points and the points will be void and no credit of points will be applicable.
Exception: Returns or Refund Requests for Fresh or Frozen Produces more than 24 hours from time of delivery and/or other groceries after their expiry/best before dates will be at the discretion of Goodie Grocer. All Refund for Fresh Produces will be to Virtual Wallet only, unless the order for Fresh or Frozen produces remains undelivered or not fulfilled
